Assistance for logging in

The items below are common solutions to the majority of issues users experience when logging in

• Your User Name will be the email address you registered your account with

• If you have recently changed your password, you may need to clear it within your browser setting:

- In Google Chrome, navigate to Settings -> Autofill -> Password Manager and remove your password entry for EIDA

- Google Chrome is the recommended browser for EIDA

• Clear the cache on your browser, including the stored password:

- Log out, clear the cache on your browser and log back in

• For mobile devices, you may need to remove your credentials from your device and add them back again

- From the login screen, select at the top right of the screen

- Select 'Manage accounts on this device'

- A list of accounts registered on the device will be displayed on the screen

- Navigate to the account required and under the account name select 'Remove from this device'

- Add the account back by clicking on 'add account' and follow the instructions
